$225 per night for first 4 guests. Each additional guest $50 per night.
2 night minimum.
January – April 2025:
$285 per night for first 4 guests. Each additional guest $60 per night.
3 night minimum.
Kids under age 2 stay free.
Maximum overnight guests are:
14 in Black Bear Lodge
12 in Hideaway
11 in The Den
All rates subject to Maine Lodging Tax of 9%.
The standard cleaning fee is $50 per stay.

Lodging & Policy Information
Terms
50% deposit due at time of booking. Remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before check in.
Canceling more than 30 days before check in is 100% refund.
Canceling between 14 and 30 days before check in is a 50% refund.
Canceling less than 14 days before check in, no refund.
Cancellation due to the weather is not refundable. You take the chance with Mother Nature.
Reservations are not transferable inside of 30 day window.

Check in 3 pm or after. Check out by 9 am. *A later departure time will result in an additional charge of $100 *
Early check in or late check out MAY be available. Please speak directly to us about such requests before your arrival to see if we can accommodate.
No Smoking inside any cabin. Smoking receptacles are placed outside of each cabin.
No Pets
Damage
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
